At Dreamheart Studio, we are committed to providing a curated, luxury-inspired shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, including mystery and curated bundles, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below. 
 

RETURNS

We do not accept general returns or exchanges on most items. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery and must include photo or video proof of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original condition. 
 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN 

To start a return or report an issue, please contact us at contact@dreamheartstudio.com with: 

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Clear photo or video evidence 

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for resolution. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

 
DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately. 

 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return or refund: 

  • Mystery scoops and curated bundles 

  • Items selected based on randomized or curated experiences 

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products 

  • Opened or used items 

  • Sale items 

  • Gift cards 

 
EXCHANGES 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 

 
SHIPPING ISSUES 

Dreamheart Studio is not responsible for: 

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible but are not liable for carrier-related issues. 

 
REFUNDS 

If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund when appropriate. 

 
FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS 

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including order confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment evidence.
